Shipping Information

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

Please make sure your contact number, e-mail, shipping address and personal details are correct.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. After processed, your order will be shipped and delivered between 3-4 business days.

*However, as we continue to experience the pandemic events, we may have longer times on our shipping process. It can take to 8 business days delivery. Please take into account our team is doing everything we can to get your products at the scheduled delivery, but the current situation may take some processes longer.

Products purchased through the Site will be subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions chosen by the User among the possibilities enabled on the Site. The information of the place of delivery is the sole responsibility of the User. After receiving the order confirmation e-mail, the User will receive an order dispatch confirmation e-mail with the respective guide number to track the shipment. Kasa Wholefoods will not be responsible for the loss or damage that the products may suffer once they have been duly delivered to the address provided by the User. If the User or another person is absent when they visit to deliver the order and no one receives it at the place of delivery, the Company or the third party authorized to do so will leave a notice showing the time of the visit. During the next three (3) days after the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made at home. In the event that no one receives the product again, a third attempt will be made which, if unsuccessful, will cause the product to be left at the respective distribution center where the User must go to pick it up. The User acknowledges and accepts that the location data provided for the Company or its designee to deliver the products purchased through the Site are true and current. Refunds

The User may request that the payment of a product purchased on the Site be reversed directly to his bank (hereinafter, the "Reversal"). The Reversal may be requested if: a) The User was the subject of fraud; b) The payment corresponds to an operation not requested by the User; and c) The purchased product was not received. To request the Reversion, the User must carry out the respective procedures with their bank and inform Almost Virgin (Kasa Wholefoods Company SAS) of the request. All of the above within (5) business days following the date on which you became aware of the fraud, the unsolicited operation or the problem occurred with the purchased product. In the event that the User has requested the Reversal and it is determined in bad faith by the User, the claimed transaction will be definitively charged to the User and the Company.
